Football expert Vinny Cerrato co-hosts the midday show on CBS RADIO Baltimore’s 105.7 The Fan, alongside Rob Long, who also serves as his partner on CBS Sports Radio. Cerrato’s employment with the NFL included roles as Executive Vice President of Football Operations for the Washington Redskins, and duties for the San Francisco 49ers. Before the NFL, Cerrato served as the football recruiting coordinator at the University of Notre Dame, and during his time with the team, the Irish played in four Bowl games and won the 1988 NCAA National Championship.

Rob Long

Rob Long found a second career in radio, after serving as a police officer in South Carolina for seven years. His passion for the medium led to a part time job announcing in Florence, and over the years, Long rose through the ranks in his hometown of Baltimore, where he currently co-hosts the 10:00AM-2:00PM show on CBS RADIO’s 105.7 The Fan, alongside Vinny Cerrato, who also serves as his partner on CBS Sports Radio. Long can also be seen on the Mid Atlantic Sports Network and is an experienced college basketball coach.

GREEN BAY, Wis. — A week after the Packers lost receiver Jordy Nelson to a torn ACL, Green Bay lost its No. 2 receiver in Randall Cobb.

Adding injury to insult were three downed Packers: Randall Cobb (shoulder), Bryan Bulaga (ankle), and Micah Hyde (neck). The severity of the injuries to Bulaga and Hyde isn't known at the time
